Shipping policy

Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be despatched, excluding weekends and public holidays. Generally, orders placed Monday - Thursday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be processed on Monday and shipped within 1-2 working days. International order timeframes are available at checkout. 
 
Custom orders are processed within 4-8 weeks but a clearer timeframe can be given when discussing the order via email.
 
UK SHIPPING
We use Royal Mail or Evri  for all shipments, with shipping costs totalled at checkout. We currently offer standard or tracked for delivery.

Once an item has been shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. We will always provide a proof of postage.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
We offer International Tracked shipping via Royal Mail or Evri with shipping costs totalled at checkout. Duties, taxes and custom charges are not included in the total at checkout. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or custom charges.
