We hope you love your products from Harper Illustrations!

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is faulty on arrival, please email us with a description and photo to resolve this: maddie_harper@outlook.com
Please ensure this is done within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Customs charges

Customers are responsible for all international duties upon arrival.  Please check your local government agency for these costs.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
